I grew up right here in Middle Tennessee and watched this city explode long before it became the “it girl” of the South. I remember when traffic wasn’t a competitive sport, Broadway wasn’t a bachelorette Olympics, and we only had one skyline landmark — the AT&T Building.

Or as every true Nashvillian calls it:
the Batman Building.

And fun fact?

My dad helped build it.

So yeah… you could say I have deep roots here.

I understand the market because I’ve lived through the growth — from the first cranes hitting downtown to the booming suburbs around Franklin, Murfreesboro, Lebanon, Mount Juliet, and everywhere in between.
